When ordering with us, simply add the items that you would like to buy and proceed to the check out. We highly recommend that you create an account with us to ensure a faster check out for your future orders while enjoying VIP access on our private launches and sales. Just click on the top right button “Account” to get started.
Once at the checkout page, if you have a discount code, simply enter your code accordingly in the discount code box. If not, proceed to choosing your preferred payment method. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. When your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for you to monitor its progress. Do allow up to 1 business day for your tracking status to be updated.
Note that pieces that are pre-ordered has a waiting time of 3-4 weeks to produce and be shipped out. Most of our pieces are available online and offline, however what we do not have in our inventory may be available at our store or stockists. If you’d like to check on our in store availability, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Since our pieces are hand drawn and hand dyed, the colours and prints may vary slightly compared to our pictures. However, this makes every piece feel more unique and one-of-a-kind as there will not be another piece exactly the same as the one you’ve purchased.
